Tax Compliance

Also known as: Regulatory Compliance

Tax Compliance

Tax Compliance covers everything a business does to meet its legal tax obligations: accurate record-keeping (sales tax records are kept for 6 years), timely filing of returns, correct tax calculation, digital invoice submission where required, and adherence to FBR rules. Non-compliance exposes a business to penalties under Section 33 of the Sales Tax Act 1990 and to audit.
