FBR Compliance

Also known as: Digital Invoicing Compliance

FBR Compliance

FBR Compliance means meeting the requirements set by the Federal Board of Revenue: correct tax calculation, real-time transmission of invoices through the PRAL Digital Invoicing API where the business is required to integrate, proper records, and filing returns on time. Non-compliance is penalised under Section 33 of the Sales Tax Act 1990, which provides monetary penalties and, for failure to integrate, sealing of business premises.
